needle7 is operated by International Uniforms in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you send a request: your name, email, phone number, pick-up address (if you choose pick-up), the design details and any files you choose to send us. Designs you upload on the site stay in your browser until you send them.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and whether requests are sent. It records usage events and may store an identifier in your browser. It does not record what you type into form fields.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, make and deliver your order, and improve the site. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
With delivery partners when we ship, and with the service providers that run the site and analytics. Each receives only what they need.
Keeping and deleting
We keep request and order details for as long as needed to complete the order and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
