These terms apply to every request and order placed through needle7.com. needle7 is a brand operated by International Uniforms, a business licensed in the United Arab Emirates. By sending a request you agree to these terms.
Requests and orders
Sending a request is not a purchase. We reply to confirm the design, quantity, price and timing. An order exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and you have accepted. Nothing is charged before that.
Your design
You confirm you have the right to use any text, logo or image you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline designs that are unlawful, offensive or that we cannot embroider well. Previews on the site are a guide; real embroidery may differ slightly in size, position and colour.
Your items
For the pick-up service or drop-off, you hand us an item you own (for example your band or cap). We take reasonable care with it, but embroidery involves needles and heat, and some materials react unpredictably. We will tell you before starting if we see a risk.
Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed with each request. The pick-up service is listed at $100. Payment details are agreed when we confirm your order.
Third-party brands
needle7 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WHOOP or any other brand named on this site. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in them limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
